Sovereign Court, Leamington Spa

Built on the site of a car showroom and workshop, the requirement was to provide high quality offices achieving high site density. The surrounding parkland and river frontage was a key consideration in evolving a design of period character that sought to reflect the architectural heritage of Leamington Spa.

Apex House, Birmingham

This landmark office development near Five-Ways in Birmingham comprises 58,200 sq.ft over 5 storeys with 120 basement car parking spaces. The building approaches 25 years of age yet still offers an imposing presence in an important commercial area of the city

The development comprised a first phase of six highly specified light industrial business units. Set in a terrace formation with ample yard and parking areas, the development provides a range of unit sizes, offering complete flexibility to occupiers.

Swan Business Park, Buckingham

A small unit scheme sited on the A421 in Buckingham, provides light industrial commerce to an expanding area of town. The units are all 6 metres clear height internally, have personnel and vehicular access doors and have windows at first floor level to accommodate occupier fit-outs.

A retail development designed to link Wood Street through to Henley Street providing a covered mall incorporating entrance features sympathetic to Stratford’s historic streetscape. 

Olympus Park, Quedgeley

The retail scheme consists of 52,000 sq.ft of varying sized units housing HSBC, Next, Matalan, Brantano, Domino’s Pizza, Choices Video, William Hill, The Property Centre and Pets Mate. The site is located on the A38 dual carriageway south of Gloucester.
